Y Axis

The Y Axis expands the milling capability to 4 axes of motion. The extra motion now allows tools to machine off the centerline of the main spindle. this opens up the ability to machine complex parts and surfaces.

The Y Axis allows high speed milling of flat or contoured surfaces with 4 axes of continuous motion up to 75mm off center in each direction.

The optional probing system can be attached to the Y Axis, allowing greater flexibility when probe gaging.

NOTE: The Y Axis is only available with the tool changer spindle option.
