Ringtech manufactures all of our stepped collets in the USA


Our collets sets are produced in US & Letter size 1/4 & 1/2 size collets.


Features:


  • Step lengths in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm & 5mm


  • ​All collets are engraved for size


  • Step Diameter is 1.25mm higher than ring size to locate comfort fit style rings

  • Internal bore is 12mm for standard collet arbors.


  • minimum ring size is US 3


  • Maximum ring size is US 17.5


  • CNC made so all dimensions are accurate for repeatability.


  • Length is 25.4mm


  • All 6 slots are drilled at the slot end to prevent cracking.


  • Made from brass for durability.

  • Each collet set has a powder coated collet rack provided.


Using our Adaptable spindle with the extended collet arbor, allows faceting with a 50mm cutter on both sides of the ring.

Stepped collets or straight collets can be used.
