Delrin tool clamps can be swapped out if damaged or worn.

Combined with our tool presetter, tools can be set up quickly and prevent any possibility of damage by trying to "touch off" on the actual part.

18 Position Tool Changer

We have designed an integrated tool changer system with 18 tool capacity (HSK25E). 

It is servo driven for fast, accurate positioning. Only 1.25 seconds between the furthest tools, which decreases your ring production time and cost.

When machining Platinum tools wear fast, we can set up extra tools and apply a timer to monitor their use, changing tools automatically to prevent breaking prematurely.
