This profile is the basis for a large radius edge that is a full 180 degree radius with a raised domed center section.

Mill graining can be done in the edge groove or on the edge dome.


This profile works well using edge radius from 0.2mm up to 0.8mm.

​Adjusting the edge thickness can dramatically change the profile shape.
